Coordinates orientation programs for new staff members, develops programs to keep existing staff up-to-date, and acts as general resource for nursing personnel. Being a Nursing Education Coordinator evaluates the program results and competencies of nursing staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Coordinator typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires RN license. The Nursing Education Coordinator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Karnak Creative Child Care Center is a licensed childcare center seeking an energic Education Coordinator! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic education expert who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require an associate in early childhood education OR at least 21 early childhood education credit hours completion of a business administration course, and previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility as a Lead Teacher.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $15 - $17 an hour, based on education and experience
