    Education Program Coordinator at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA

    The INWA Education Program Coordinator performs functions that support education and practice within the service area. The position is involved in various levels of education, consultation, and practice. This includes coordinating and preparing educational programs for INWA clinical and agency caregivers. The program coordinator is responsible for development, coordination and administration of classes/courses, learning materials, scheduling, and communication. This individual is responsible for the daily operation of the education office, to include the establishment and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, invoicing, and payroll within budgetary parameters. The coordinator may be delegated responsibilities for INWA service area educational initiatives that may requires some trav el to other ministries. This position works collaboratively with leadership to monitor and improve services.

    Shift: Average 40 hours weekly, 8-hour day shift, Full-time position.

    Required qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree Or equivalent education/experience.

    • 1 year experience with program or project management.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association

    • 1 year experience with a health care organization.

    • 1 year experience educating adults; knowledge of adult learning theory.
