Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Union City, NJ

NJ Home Health Care is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with home care coordination experience. The coordinator will handle incoming calls from clients and aides. They will be responsible for developing a relationship with each client and problem-solving customer service issues. They will support the agency with overseeing the client's care and matching home health aides with our clients. You will work closely with the HR rep, RN, and the Intake coordinator.

Essential Functions

• Communicate with clients and aides and accommodate requests
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues with HHA
• Coordinate care with client, HHA (home health aide), and RN
• Assign and Schedule appropriate HHAs that match our clients’ needs
• Maintain staffing needs
• Help grow caseloads

Qualifications

• Must have home care experience
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Must be computer literate
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

About NJ Home Health Care LLC:

NJ Home Health Care LLC provides home health aides services to clients throughout Hudson County. It also trains and certifies home health aides. We are looking to expand our training facility and offer additional courses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
