This role is a 9-5 PM Mon-Fri full-time position. Starting $15-$17/hr. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator will be a hard-working, reliable professional able to undertake coordinating employees and clients schedules while working diligently with your Scheduling team.
Specifically, this person will be trained to answer the phone, learn how to use our internal scheduling program with their scheduling team, and learn how to provide life changing service to our clients. On call is up to $200 extra for each week that you are on call on top of normal office pay. No CNA is required and no shifts will be covered while on call.
