Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care jobs in New Mexico

Provide personal care and support with reference to individuals care plans. To provide a safe and caring environment that promotes sleep and underpins the residents physical, emotional and psychological well-being. To help the residents get ready and get into bed/settle down for the night. Respond to call bells promptly whilst respecting at all times residents privacy and dignity, whilst giving close observations of the residents. To provide care throughout the night, and checking residents at regular intervals according to their care plans. To engage in conversation to help maintain residents sense of identity, upholding dignity at all times. To care for residents during illness and assist in end of life care under the supervision of the registered nurse. To support residents to meet the spiritual and cultural needs. Make daily entries into residents care plans and report observations about the health and wee-being of individuals.

Salary: From $10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 44 per week
