Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care is responsible for identifying training needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of staff development programs within the home care specialty. Coordinates in-service training, continuing education, orientation, competency reviews, and other related training functions. Being a Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care ensures compliance with all State and Federal guidelines for in-service education and new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. - Pay: LPN hourly rate range - $30.00-$35 - RN hourly rate range - $40.00-$45.00 (Per Diem)
- Schedule: Flexible - work your own hours
- Area of Coverage: North, Central, South New Jersey

- Conduct initial home visits to assess patient needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care following Patients Physicians Orders, Medication profile/sheet.
- Document daily clinical notes and progress updates on the patient's clinical record
- Communicate with a patient's physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of appropriate patient care.
- RN or LPN with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Experience in Home Healthcare preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to make effective decisions with ability to adhere to Company/State/Regulatory requirements·
