Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Bloomfield, NJ

• Human Resources Coordinator : Candidate must be bilingual in English and Bengali Work well under pressure in a fast-paced office. Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and determined to grow our office. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and independently. Maintain an excellent rapport with our field workers and build relationships with our clients and HMO contracts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

· Must be open to assisting in office if needed

· Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; · Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

· Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

· Provides clerical support to the HR department.

· May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.

Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.

· Performs other duties as assigned. Required

Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems and similar computer applications.

Education and Experience:
· Prior related office experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
