We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become the Director of Nursing Services for our 88-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to a nursing staff and oversight of the budger. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.
