Director of Nursing (DON):

The Director of Nursing (DON) is an integral part of our leadership team. You will be training and orienting new staff members, supervising and leading others, managing our specialty programs, ensuring quality care, as well as being involved with IDPH surveys.

Director of Nursing (DON)

What we need from you:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL
• Previous DON experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience leading nurses that care for patients of all acuity levels, including the memory care population
• You should have extensive survey experience with positive results; be skilled in writing plans of correction, and a strong understanding of SNF regulations
• Your strengths should include QA, Change Management, Operations & Nurse Education
• Electronic medical records experience (Matrix is ideal)

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
