Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in the absence of the Nursing Director. Oversees operations in order to maintain standards of patient care. Being a Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home advises management, patient care staff and administrators in matters related to nursing service. Assists in the establishment and implementation of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Additionally, Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Typically requires an advanced degree of nursing. - Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and care plans
- Experience working in a nursing home or assisted living facility is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and shift management responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team
