Plans work schedules and monitors call levels to ensure sufficient staffing and adherence to protocols. Being a Nurse Supervisor - Phone Triage responds to escalated problems and may provide patient care evaluations and guidance to nurses. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing.
