FRONTLINE NURSE RECRUITER – Cincinnati/Dayton, OH
The CommuniCare Family of Companies owns/manages healthcare facilities in multiple states. We are currently hiring a Recruiter to oversee direct care recruitment throughout the greater Cincinnati/Dayton, OH region.
This position includes regular travel throughout the greater Cincinnati and Dayton, OH region, in addition to occasional travel to Portsmouth, OH. The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of direct care clinical and non-clinical positions, including STNA, RN, LPN, and Dietary, at assigned CommuniCare facilities.
This is a full time salaried position with opportunity for matrix based bonuses!
The Recruiter participates in the entire staffing process: receives, sources, and sorts candidates in the applicant tracking system. Selects candidates meeting the minimum requirements as outlined within job descriptions and coordinates interviews. Maintains close collaboration with department managers and develops a successful working relationship to ensure thorough understanding of staffing needs, position requirements, and facility specific practices.
This role is a key contributor to the company’s overall talent strategy and will collaborate closely with field leaders and HR/Recruitment team members.
