Rotating weekends is a requirement and workers must report as scheduled including holidays. Please see the shift time, hours per week/day on the request and ensure your worker will be able to commit to the schedule provided by the facility.
RTO is not approved for any major holidays or holiday weekends. Time off is not guaranteed until the worker is on-site. The time off is reviewed by the facility during orientation. If time off is not approved, workers will be expected to attend their shift.
