The Nurse Recruiter role is full cycle recruitment of CRSS nursing positions and building an ongoing pipeline for future needs. You will operate in a multi-dimensional capacity, balancing pipeline, strategy and tactical talent delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment screening. The screenings will include criminal background check and other background checks (as needed), drug screen, an employment and education or licensure/certification verification, and Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination. Various positions will require physical examination, Tuberculosis screening and Hepatitis A. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of required screening.
