Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a fantastic facility in Northeastern, Oregon! This facility has lead this regions efforts to stabilize and secure rural health care services for the surrounding areas. This not-for-profit health system includes a 25-bed Critical Care Access Hospital and 13 outpatient clinics.

• Relevant Experience in a Urgent or Immediate Care Setting
• Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic
• Schedule: 10 or 12's - Flexible
• Licensed in Oregon or in the process
• 15-20 PPD with X-Ray on Site
• Salary, RVU's, Bonuses, Benefits Package with Loan Forgiveness
