Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care jobs in Massachusetts
Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care works in collaboration with physicians to manage care for patients in an urgent care setting. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We have many locations throughout New England and we continue to grow. Must have direct Urgent Care experience seeing all ages of patients.
Job Description:- The schedule is 3 (12 hr) shifts per week which include two weekends per month.
- Competitive compensation with productivity bonus.
- Flexible scheduling with mostly 12-hour shifts.
- Docutap EMR.
- Additional support with Medical Assistants and LPNs or Paramedics.
- $2500 for CME.
- Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k with employer contribution up to 5%.
- State-of-the-art facilities.
- On-site laboratory, x-ray, and prescription services.
- Open 7 days per week from 8 am-8 pm.
