Nurse Practitioner - Specialty Care works in collaboration with a physician to assess the physical needs of patient's medical type such as psychiatric, oncology or obstetrics. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Specialty Care prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Specialty Care typically reports to a physician. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in specialty area based on RN licensure and state authority for advanced practice. Nurse Practitioner - Specialty Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Specialty Medical Staffing, Inc. is looking to hire Night Shift Travel Registered Nurses (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for full-time travel contract opportunities in Centralia, WA. Our ideal candidates will have 2 years of previous bedside experience, in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting and strong focus in patient care. Travel Pay Package:
Weekly Taxable: $26/hr plus OT (1.5) after 40 hours
Weekly Housing and M&I: $1162
Total Gross Weekly: $2098
Job Details:- Start Date – 4/2/2024
- 13 weeks available
- 36-hour work week – Three (3) 12-hour shifts
- Night Shifts Available
- Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- 2 years’ experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid Registered Nursing License in WA or Compact Licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association approved for all units
- ACLS, NIHSS
