Position Details:

Eisner Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who will provide primary care services to the underserved communities of San Fernando Valley. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, multidisciplinary interaction with support services, and other clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• License to practice as a nurse practitioner in the State of California.
• Board certified or board eligible in field of specialty.
• At least 3 years clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty.
• Knowledge and experience in managed care preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
