    About the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Orthopedic opportunity

    • Multi-office practice and growing
    • Office hours are Monday-Fridays
    • No weekend hours and no evenings
    • No call
    • EMR is Modernizing Medicine (easy templates and auto fill)
    • First Assist is one day a week (Wednesday)
    • Cases are arthroscopy, ligament repair, fracture repair, joint replacement, rotator cuff and labrum repair,
    • Most cases are at Ambulatory Surgical Center (Hospital cases are same day)
    • 7 exam rooms
    • Busy clinic days (60 patients a day)
    • Radiology on site
    • Physical Therapy on site
    • PRP and stem cell injections for hip, knee, and shoulder
    • PA or NP with perform office injections
    • No spine
    • Travel 1-2 days each week to satellite offices

    Requirements of the Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity

    • Graduate with Master’s Degree in Medical Science
    • National Certification
    • California State Medical License
    • Extreme focus on Orthopedics as student or career- PTA, Kinesiology Undergraduate, Preceptorship in Orthopedics, Elective hours with Orthopedic Focus, Orthopedic Residency, Work related experience as Provider in Office based Orthopedics
    • Interest in Musculoskeletal disease and continued learning
    • Trigger point and joint injection training and experience
    • Live with easy commute to area and open to several travel days to satellite office
    • Thrive in busy office environment
    • Strong EMR experience so allow notes completed despite busy patient schedule
