Duties :
-Applications of casts and splints removal of casts
-Fit patients for DME
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly stocked with necessary supplies
- Apply and remove casts, braces, and other orthopedic devices as directed by medical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as an Orthopedic Technician preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with orthopedic equipment and devices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
