    As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and personalized care to our clients. Working closely with our medical team, you will perform cosmetic procedures, conduct patient consultations, and ensure exceptional outcomes while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Patient Consultations:
    • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history.
    • Educate clients about available treatment options, anticipated outcomes, and potential risks.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
    • Cosmetic Procedures:
    • Perform injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and neurotoxins according to established protocols and best practices.
    • Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and pigmentation correction, ensuring optimal safety and efficacy.
    • Conduct chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare procedures to address specific concerns and improve skin texture and tone.
    • Patient Care:
    • Provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions to clients, including skincare recommendations and follow-up protocols.
    • Monitor patient progress and outcomes, addressing any concerns or complications promptly and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments, outcomes, and any adverse reactions or complications.
    • Collaboration and Training:
    • Collaborate with the medical team, including other providers, nurses, and estheticians, to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends.
    • Mentor and educate staff members on aesthetic procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
    • Client Experience:
    • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
    • Address client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations.
    • Promote positive word-of-mouth referrals and client loyalty through exemplary service and results.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification in the state of practice.
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology, with proficiency in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and skincare procedures.
    • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
    • Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work culture.
