    They seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant for their Specialty Clinic and will report to the Director of Surgical Services. A qualified candidate and preference for this role will have experience working with Orthopedic patients. However, it's not required. You will also have opportunities to work in other areas, such as ENT, wound care, and pain management. 
     
    This position is the key person for the Ortho department. While working with the Orthopedic Surgeons, the NP/PA will see, on average, 15 patients daily. You will also have support from an RN and Administrative Assistant. Your role will be around 80% clinical and 20% administrative. 
     
    The Specialty Clinic is open Monday-Friday, and no scheduled On-Call is currently required for the role. 
     
    While they would prefer someone with at least a few years of experience, they would also take a new graduate with Ortho experience. Pay ranges from $ 130k to $ 150k, and they offer a sign-on/relocation package. They also consider offering retention bonuses to the right candidate.
