Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced board-certified Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule opportunity in post-acute care in the Charlottesville, Virginia area.
In this role, you will be responsible for following up on new patient admissions adhering to the established treatment plan, recertifying patient stays, rounding on current patients and updating treatment plan as needed, communicating with medical staff and the physician on-site to ensure consistent quality care for each patient, updating patient charts and prescribing medications as needed.
This is a 1099 contractor role compensated on RVU with an expected income of $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Medical Professional Liability coverage is provided. No call or weekend/after hours requirements.
