Nurse Practitioner - Nursing Home examines and treats patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health care professionals in a nursing home setting. Ensures proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Nursing Home requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Infusion nurses perform nursing-related procedures within patient homes in compliance with regulatory and industry standards and organizational policies and procedures. The infusion nurse provides direct patient care to infusion therapy patients and is responsible to assess actual and potential patient problems, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in coordination with the pharmacist.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing with State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in acute care or alternate site IV therapy
- Good Interactive skills with employees, supervisors, referral sources and patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IV Certification (i.e. CRNI) or other infusion related certification.
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
