Summary of Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will meet with patients in their residence for physician ordered care including wound care, medication management and administration, and education on the patient’s diagnoses. They will use their knowledge and critical thinking to communicate with caregivers, physicians, clinical supervisors, and healthcare team members appropriately about changes in patient’s condition and updates to the plan of care. The one-on-one setting ensures that the Registered Nurse can quickly connect with our patients to guarantee patient dignity during their recovery and make a positive lasting impression.
