Nurse Practitioner – NP

• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Part Time, 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursdays, 8a-5p

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories
• Communicate with physicians and specialists regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Educate patients and families about patient treatment plans and care

Minimum Qualifications of Nurse Practitioner – NP:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Nationally recognized (certified) as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Holds a current, unencumbered NP license in State of Practice.
• CPR and BLS Certification
• RN License (does not have to be in state of practice if home state is a compact state)
