Gifford located in Randolph, VT, is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, who is interested in joining a practice that is committed to changing the healthcare delivery experience for both patients and providers. As a Hospitalist, you will join a team of two physicians and four other advance practice providers caring for inpatient adults (average census runs 12-18). Daily staffing is 1 MD and 1 APP, with responsibility for overnight care with MD back up as needed. This is an adult population on a Medical Surgical Unit. You will manage the entire continuum of care from admission through the stay to the discharge, performing at a similar level to that of the hospitalist physicians.
