To prospective teammates,
I am the medical director for Sound’s hospital medicine practice at Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington, Washington. I have proudly been a part of Sound for over ten years and welcome interest from advanced practice providers (APPs) coming out of training or desiring a career change. I’d like to share more about it, specifically about our people, practice, and purpose, as you consider your next steps:
Arlington proper is a beautiful town where you can drive down the main street and never hit a stoplight. It is a fast-growing and flourishing community. There are multiple festivals throughout the year, from the Festival of the River during the summer to the Hometown Holidays in the winter. If you like the outdoors, Arlington is 30 minutes to great mountain adventures, hiking, fishing, camping, mountain bike trails, or in the opposite direction, 20 minutes to the ocean for sea kayaking, fishing, sailing, or whatever watersport you prefer. Rivers and streams are abundant in the area for fishing.
