Brown EM is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) who is responsible for practicing emergency medicine in an Emergency Department setting. An Emergency Department Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services. Advanced Practice Providers will take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays, and make diagnoses. They will also perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and treat minor injuries, by suturing, splinting, and casting
