🌟 Join Our Team: We are looking for RNs to join our Pediatric Cardiac ICU, committed to providing critical care with a focus on heart conditions in pediatric patients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🌙 Shifts Available: Nights, 3-12hr Shifts with rotating weekends.
• ❤️️ Provide critical care for pediatric patients with cardiac conditions.
• 🩺 Manage tasks including administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and ventilator support.
• 📋 Utilize computerized systems for documentation and ensure efficient coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.
• 🚼 Offer education and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth discharge process.
• 🛡️ Adhere to strict safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred or ASN with enrollment in a BSN program.
• 📜 Current Nevada RN license or pending license acceptable.
• 🚑 BCLS/BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred within one year of hire.
• 🔍 At least 1 year of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience or related acute care pediatric experience.
• 💪 Skills in critical thinking, communication, and handling fast-paced environments.
