We are seeking a new Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our team. Your role will be to be part of a team of providers who educate patients on the prevention of cardiovascular disease and treat patients with cardiovascular illness.
As a member of the Cardiology Practice department, you will work with other support personnel such as medical assistants, nurses and front desk staff and report to our Operations Manager.
What You Will Do:

• Take a detailed medical history and examine patients.
• Formulate a treatment plan alone or in consultation with supervising physician
• Document the encounter in the electronic medical record.
• Complete the office notes in a timely manner.
• Order appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests, discuss cardiovascular procedures with the patients and answer their questions.
• Assess patients pre and post procedures.

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year (plus bonus/commission). We offer the following benefits:
