Looking for a Nurse Practitioner to work in a very unique mobile Urgent Care setting. You will see patients in their homes conducting in depth urgent care or emergency level workups. Will need to have urgent care or emergency medicine nurse practitioner experience. Need experience with Suturing, I & D, Splinting, IVs, point of care testing, 12-lead EKGs, lab draws etc. Main patient population is complicated elderly patients. Must be comfortable working solo making complicated medical decision making. You have to also complete all of the emergency nursing or paramedic skills, starting the IVs, setting up drips, administering meds, inserting foleys, completing 12 lead EKG. Over 3 years of ED nursing or Paramedic experience would be ideal. You will be seeing an average of 5-8 patients per day. Currently looking to find a person to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Saturdays if possible. Daily hours will vary but with charting 10 hour days are likely. Hours of operation are currently Monday-Saturday 9-6 .
