Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care works in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to manage care for patients in an ambulatory care setting. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Assesses patient condition and may provide treatment using specialized medical equipment. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care works in outpatient settings, responding to high patient volumes in short-term spans and dealing with unpredictable situations and issues. Follows established guidelines and protocols. Requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Outpatient Urgent Care Looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a Part Time position or Full Time position. Must be Experienced seeing patients of all ages including pediatrics.
Per Diem- min requirement one full weekend a month. Open shifts available to pick up as desired. Potential for permanent position for the right candidate.
Part Time requirements- 24hrs a week Every other weekend rotation.
Must be able to travel to any of our 3 locations on the South Shore.
Must be able to work 2 Holidays in which we are open per year. (one Spring/ one Winter)
