Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care jobs in North Carolina

Assesses patient condition and may provide treatment using specialized medical equipment. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.     As a TeamHealth post-acute care nurse practitioner (NP), you will provide coverage for our conveniently located skilled nursing and assisted living facility along the Coastal area of North Carolina. TeamHealth provides support for clinicians by creating a collaborative work environment through the cohesive GehriMed EMR system. In clinical situations, you have a responsive back-office team to offer additional support. Clinicians also have unlimited access to training materials and robust CME access through TeamHealth's employee portal.

    Clinicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family (FM), geriatric, primary, internal (IM), adult, post-acute (PAC), home health, hospice, and hospital medicine (HM).
