Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care jobs in Kansas

Post Acute Rehabilitation Physicians is a physician owned and operated group that focuses on improving outcomes for patients undergoing therapy in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The job offers great flexibility allowing for a balanced work life and satisfaction while treating patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Rounding 4-5 days a week as a physiatry consultant for all patients in the facility
• Providing focused care on the rehabilitation outcomes of each patient
• Administering peripheral joint injections (Mainly knees, shoulders and hips)
• Collaborating with the primary care team
• Documentation completed in the EHR

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted NP KS state license, or ability to obtain
• DEA license, or ability to obtain
• Nursing home experience is a plus
