    Duties:
    - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

    Qualifications:
    - Valid nursing license in the state of
    - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in psychiatric or mental health settings
    - Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications
    - Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    - Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients with mental health conditions

    Skills:
    - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
    - Knowledge of sonography techniques for diagnostic purposes
    - Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems such as Cerner
    - Familiarity with sterile processing procedures in healthcare settings
    - Understanding of pain management strategies for individuals with psychiatric conditions
    - Experience working with children in a psychiatric setting
    - Knowledge of utilization review processes for insurance authorization
    - Ability to handle emergency situations in an ER setting
    - Proficient in taking and interpreting vital signs accurately
