Position Summary
The role of the RN - Neuro Services Navigator reports to the Director of Nursing - Neurosurgical Services. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care across the continuum as it relates to patients with a primary neurological or spinal diagnosis. The position works closely with Stroke and Spine program coordinators to ensure program goals are being met and patient outcomes are supported. This position partners with other key stakeholders across the organization.
