    Element has an opportunity for an Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.  The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

    Salary: $80K-$100K/yr

     

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for establishing test procedures and coordinating testing to ensure the quality level and functionality of a product
    • Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including signoffs of quality control data as acceptable
    • Have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
    • Interact with customers on technical issues and questions
    • Provide input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, specifically electrical or mechanical
    • Have a minimum three to five years’ engineering experience
    • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and/or Nuclear industries
    • Previous testing services experience preferred

     

    NOTE:  This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.  U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
