Test Inspector – 3rd Shift
Position Summary
Perform a variety of duties primarily involving a normal range of simulated operational testing of the Company's line of electric motor or engine-driven pumps and adjustments or correction of minor malfunctions as needed to ensure performance of final pump assembly and to meet specified standards or customer requirements using a variety of test liquids.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
"repair" volutes. Make observations; take accurate and required readings and measurements from appropriate gauging and recording instruments.
Education/CertificationHigh School graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required
At least three (3) years of experience in operating manufacturing equipment.
Required KnowledgeUnderstanding of basic principles of machine operation.
Understanding of production standards and procedures.
Understanding of manufacturing setting.
Skills/AbilitiesQuality orientation and attentive to detail.
Good manual dexterity.
Cooperative and willing to assist others.
Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Activities and Requirements of this Position

Working Conditions
Typical manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures.
