Non-Destructive Test Technician uses automated and manual techniques including ultrasound and radiography to perform non-destructive tests to identify errors or defects in equipment. May be responsible for testing engines or other mechanical components, storage or transport vessels like pipelines or containers, or major structures like bridges or tunnels. Being a Non-Destructive Test Technician requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Non-Destructive Test Technician works under moderate supervision.     Position Summary
    To manually assemble complex industrial machining. Over the course of the machine build, the following duties are to be performed in a timely manner.

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Basic wiring utilizing blueprint drawings
    • Control Panel Wiring
    • Layout and wiring of control panel
    • Wiring and plumbing of pneumatics

    Assembly of Machine

    • Utilizing strong motor skills and strong mechanical aptitude use power tools and hand tools to assemble frame of machine.
    • Assembly of minor tooling; drilling and tapping
    • Make and install guarding for machine

    Preparing for delivery

    • With instructions from team lead - disassemble machine
    • Crate machine

    Additional

    • Requires Forklift and Crane lift certification (will be provided after hire)
    • Must work well with others; Team contributor
    • Keep work area clean and safe
    • Preform other duties as required or assigned.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalency- required
    • Electronic/ Trade School certificate or any higher education in electronics or mechanical systems preferred.
    • 1-2 years of related work experience OR;
    • Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
    • Proficient with power and hand tools.
