Night Auditor

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC, 29572

Job Description:

The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nightly audits of financial transactions and reconciling accounts for the hotel. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
