SpringHill Suites are currently accepting applications for Night Audit Agents to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Night Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests following all Marriott procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Complete all Night Audit Tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Shift is from 11PM-7AM | 4-5 Days per week
• Following all CDC/Marriott COVID-19 guidelines and procedures for front desk and public spaces
• Restocking and Maintaining Market items and Coffee Station
• Maintain Cleanliness at the Desk and throughout Lobby area including Coffee Station and tables
• Provide Shuttle Transportation To/From Airport prior to AM Driver's arrival at 4 AM if/when necessary. (We have Two Auditors per shift or an Auditor and PM Driver to be able to accommodate the 24 HR shuttle operation)

Skills

• Work experience as a front desk agent/night audit, receptionist or similar role
• Experience with Fosse is a plus
• Experience with 3rd party travel sites
• Great customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
