    The Role

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Global Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

    • Content Development: Ensure consistency of message and alignment with overall company strategy in customer communications content. Provide quality control of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, style, tone, and grammar.

    • Collateral Production: Work with the sales team and external agencies to produce compelling sales and marketing collateral in both digital and print formats.

    • Email Marketing: Manage email distribution strategy, including planning, designing, and tracking effective email marketing campaigns and automation.

    • Internal Communications: Identify areas where additional internal communication is needed and develop plans to meet those needs. Organize and lead specific marketing/communications initiatives.

    • Product Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of current and future product pipelines to effectively communicate Transnetyx strategy.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and the Global Marketing Director to develop and promote sales and marketing tactics that drive company growth.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Marketing or Communications concentration.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Four or more years of marketing experience in relevant field with strong service and administrative training.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Must be comfortable with computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Preferred experience with Adobe design platforms, email management platforms, and Salesforce.

    Additional Skills/ Competencies:

    • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties in order to ensure quality customer service.
    • Must possess outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills and have the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural customer setting.
    • Must have the ability to proactively address issues in a quick, creative, and innovative manner.
    • Must be outgoing, flexible, adaptable, and energetic.
    • Must be analytical, be attentive to detail, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task using strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic including great personal drive, motivation, discipline, and initiative; including the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

    Physical Demands:

    This position may experience prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and work on a computer. Other physical demands may include but are not limited to walking, standing, stooping, reaching. And may lift up to 15lbs at times.
