    Summary

    We are seeking an organized and experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of our home renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Client Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication channels with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors as needed.
    • Budget Management: Create detailed change orders, track expenses, manage change orders payments, and ensure projects stay within budget.
    • Schedule Adherence: Monitor progress against project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule.
    • Subcontractor Management: Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
    • Material Procurement: Source, order, and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Compliance and Permitting: Obtain necessary permits, ensure adherence to building codes and regulations, and schedule inspections.
    • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, address deficiencies, and maintain project standards. Make sure jobsite is clean and organized.
    • Problem Solving: Anticipate and proactively address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop creative solutions.
    • Project Closeout: Conduct final walkthroughs with clients, compile project documentation, and ensure a smooth project handover.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of [3] years of experience in residential construction project management is perferred but not required.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is preferred but not requried.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills is required.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Jobtread ETC.).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
