    • Expertise in developing annual business plans and 5-year strategic capital plans.
    • Superior computer application skills
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • Experience in hiring and developing diverse teams.
    • Ability to deliver superior margins throughout the business cycles.
    • Innovative thinking aimed at continuous improvements.
