Being a New Policy Coordinator serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. Requires an associate degree or its equivalent. State Policy Network is growing rapidly, raising more than $25 million in 2023. We are looking for talented individuals to help us continue to scale our efforts. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and project management-oriented Development Coordinator to support three fundraisers by efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of their donor caseloads. The Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including project managing major gift portfolios, database entry, handling major gift correspondence, and ensuring effective communication between the fundraisers and donors.
This role includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Many of SPN’s staff are remote and this position is eligible to work remotely from a virtual office anywhere in the United States. Up to 10% travel would be expected including a staff retreat, SPN’s Annual Meeting, and a team retreat.
