Responsibilities include reviewing and screening requests, calculating new premiums, issuing new policies and associated documentation. Being a New Policy Coordinator serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. Requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, New Policy Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Policy Coordinator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. PeaceHealth is seeking a Policy Coordinator (Remote) for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $24.96 – $37.44. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
**Incumbent must reside in Oregon, Washington, Texas or Alaska.**
Facilitates assigned document committees to support the development and maintenance of local and shared forms, policies, and policy related documents. Serves as technical resource on the life cycle management process of forms, policies, procedures, and related documents in compliance with approved structure and format standards. Works with document owners and approvers throughout the organization to ensure standardization, consistency, and continued improvement of document management.
