Responsibilities include reviewing and screening requests, calculating new premiums, issuing new policies and associated documentation. Being a New Policy Coordinator serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. Requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, New Policy Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Policy Coordinator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     What You’ll Do
    Inventory & Fulfillment
    • Works with Logistics Manager to optimize and audit order fulfillment systems, providing updates and corrections as necessary.
    • Manage existing and develop new systems in Shopify to increase accuracy and efficiency for retail pros: Shopify views; Inventory reports; SOPs.
    • Collaborates with Controller and Staff Account to develop and implement new systems for inventory control.
    Custom Goods & 3rd Party Products
    • Works with Production Management, Lead Buyer, and Marketing to manage the eComm onboarding process of Custom products and 3rd party goods.
    • Receives and posts 3rd party and custom goods to NWKW’s inventory systems and ecommerce platform.
    • Receive POs, manage inventory requests and coordinate distribution of 3rd Party items to six (6) physical retail locations.
    • Managing custom photo processes and logistics for custom goods and 3rd party inventory.
    • Works with Ecomm and Website Manager to edit product and product categories when necessary.
    • Archive custom and 3rd party Out Of Stock product from ecom platforms
    • Develops system efficiencies to improve online store’s inventory accuracy
    Laser & Custom Order Coordination
    • Coordinates with OSM on process, people and communication to complete outside sales and online engraving orders.
    • Works within project management tools to coordinate engravings deliverables.
    • Manages time and capacity restrictions of the laser engraver with the demands of clients and client reps.
    • Improve the current lasering process efficiency to better accommodate client requests and website engraving tool.
