Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Accounts Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for ordering checks, debit cards, and ATM cards.
- Process transactions with precision and ensure compliance with all bank procedures.
- Contribute to our customers’ financial well-being by accepting loan payments and managing account inquiries.
- Keep our financial engine running smoothly by balancing the cash drawer daily.
- Build lasting relationships by resolving customer issues and promoting our diverse range of financial products.
- Stay ahead of the curve with our online and mobile banking platforms.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a teller or in a similar role is preferred.
- A solid educational foundation with at least a high school diploma or GED.
