Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Accounts Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. General description
The Comptroller’s office is seeking an Accounts Examiner in the Revenue Processing Division. The work involves accounts examination, research, analyzes and editing of work in an extremely busy, highly repetitive production environment. The candidate will learn new concepts quickly and apply knowledge appropriately in highly active environment and changing circumstances.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
· Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
· Four years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production, customer service, scanning, or similarly related work environment.
· Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, or other Windows applications.
Preferred Experience:
· Revenue Administration experience.
· Experience preparing documents for scanning or imaging and/or working in an office setting as clerical or administrative support staff.
· Experience serving as a section Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or lead facilitating or resolving issues.
Substitution of Education for Work Experience:
One year (30 semester hours) of education from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of work experience up to a maximum of 4 years.
